Doing general admin, sitting in on meetings with my line manager and completing projects i have been given to manage myself.
I have developed on my existing skills on programmes such as Microsoft Excel, as well as learning new skills through training on different softwares that Kier uses.
I would say i enjoy my programme fairly well.
I think that my programme could do with a little more organisation in the structure, but it is still manageable so it isn't a major concern for me.
As much as i need
I can contact my tutor whenever i need help, and he tends to reply fairly quickly as well as offering help with tasks i don't completely understand.
I can't say that i have necessarily used anything that i have learnt in my day to day role just yet, but i have only been on the course for two months so this may change in the future.
Not that i know of.
