Providing support to the team I am placed on including consulting clients and giving presentation on the projects that I am working on. Also using new softwares including Salesforce and other analytical software to help complete my work. Also helping my team produce the best work possible.
I learnt about teamwork, as well as adaptability due to the frequent changes throughout the day. Also I improved my communication skills via working as a team while also talking to clients. This helped me improve my logical thinking and problem solving to produce the best outcome for the team.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with my team day in and day out. The culture is immaculate and allows you to thrive on the job. I also enjoy the company culture, and it is exactly what you would expect from a company like PWC, it leads to a positive experience working here.
There is a lot of structure on this program including weekly extra training to help develop new skills, ran by professionals. Also there is a team hierarchy and a clean line to follow when I need support or feedback on my work. This also leads to me having a positive mindset
My employers provide a lot of support and has given me access to any extra support that I needed and has made it very easy to access. And in general they are very supportive people who I wouldn't be afraid of to ask for help of them when I need it.
They have given me all the support needed to work towards my qualification including extra tutor sessions to make sure we stay on track as well as termly one-to-one feedback. They also keep track on my exams and my performance and provide me with any extra support if I needed it
My qualification is vital for my role as it is the foundations of the role I am performing. It also allows me to be more adaptable due to my vast knowledge that can help excel me at my role compared to others. My qualification is perfect for the industry I am in.
There are many extra-curricular activities, including a wide range, so anyone could find something there interested in. There also very easy to join and we receive constant emails about other extra activities on a weekly basis in which we could do. This leaves me spoilt for choice.
