As a Teaching assistant, my role was to support groups of students or students on one to one basis. I was responsible for planning and conducting intervention sessions and reviewing back to the class teacher.
I have gained good planning and time mangement skills. This was because i was able to plan inteverntion sessions according the weeks learning in order to help students achieve their targets.
I enjoyed my programme because i was able to work and study at the same time, this enabled me to have a practical understanding od my course.
My programme is very well organised and i was able to finish my course comfortably as the course work was given in stages, which didn't make me feel over burdened.
I receive immpense amount of support, they were able to guide me throughout my apprenticeship.
I think i am able to perform better in my role as i am able to understand all the different roles and reguations that are in place, which help stay safe and keep others safe in education.
