Everyone is very friendly and provides a lovely atmosphere to work. Engagement from teams can vary in the programme but overall lots of support and opportunities to gain industry experience
Training at the start of the programme is limited and normally self-study training instead of planned training is expected. However, there are monthly calls to support your well-being and task delegation is dependent on the project you are allocated to by the central team.
Always there with a solution to a problem. Career Coach, Project Placement Manager and TDA Central team as well as the University Pastoral team are always there to listen.
Normally self-study training is to be fit around other work. Training towards qualifications is encouraged but not always time to be completed. University course is great and lots of support with modules
The University course has lots of internal support. COVID definitely impacted the teaching standard but is improving as the world gets through the pandemic.
PwC Panto, Football Teams, Netball Teams, Pub Quizzes, Weekly Socials, Bi-Monthly (Consulting - Office dependent) and loads more!
