I learn and develop new skills from each department I work with. I mange and organise spreadsheet to maintain stock levels
Ye I have learnt how to use excel and our companies system. I have learnt how to communicate professionally.
I enjoy my programme a lot, some days are harder than others but I see those days as something positive.
It is organised but when it comes to learning something new and getting me started on it, takes time due to other issues such as staff issues
I receive support everyday. If I struggle on the same area they do not let you struggle they make sure you fully understand
Good support. Always there if I struggle on my work and makes sure they put us first
We have linked my role to my college work so that each topic I learn will help me understand why that department works like that.
