On a day to day basis the job role consist of operating processes making a desired product, you have to make sure that things like temperatures are all within specification.
Working as a team on a daily basis helps develop social skills working as an adult team with mature people and it has also widened my knowledge of how products we use daily are made
I have enjoyed it a lot so far because it is a fascinating process which has such a variety of equipment and methods used to complete it
The programme is well structured between the college day and the shift rota I am on, this gives me plenary of time in college and enough time inside of college to develop my knowledge of the diploma side
The employer provide a lot of support in terms of the knowledge and skills, and if required they also provide you emotional support. If an issue occurs the employer will work hard to resolve it with you
The training provider gives you the knowledge to be able to complete the exams with a good pass mark and get your qualification
The qualification I am working towards gives me quite an in depth knowledge of how the processes are completed and why tasks are completed as they are supposed to be
There are lots of additional training to be completed such as flt certification
