I have enjoyed the programme and expect to finish this August.
It is well organized, it has however been fairly effected by COVID>
I receive all of the support from my employers I need, this is one of the best qualities at Solenis.
HETA are really good at providing support and advice whenever you need it, my assessor is always available and can't help enough.
It was really good training, although I did miss a good chunk due to COVID, however all the training I did receive was very good.
No, not so much at the Grimsby site, we do have occasional social activities with the sports and social club if you are a member but we are quite a small site.
Yes
My experience is good, the people who work here are friendly and helpful and have helped me during my time at the company, so I would recommend.
Do a bit of research on the company values, what we do at Solenis , what sort of products we produce and a little bit about your job role to show you are interested should you go for an interview.
