I work in the quality control laboratories at Solenis which means my apprenticeship involves testing product samples to ensure they meet specifications and can be sent out to customers.
Working in the laboratories has improved my ability to work with scientific equipment and to read and record data accurately.
I enjoy my apprenticeship a lot because working in a laboratory is very interesting and the Solenis labs have a very positive atmosphere because everyone else at work is very friendly and they are all willing to lend a hand if needed.
I feel like my apprenticeship is structured in a way that allows me to be constantly learning without feeling overwhelmed, this makes the experience enjoyable and keeps stress levels low.
I receive constant support from my employer and coworkers and there is always someone I can reach out to for help.
My employer always checks on my progress and helps me to achieve my criteria that are required for my qualifications.
My qualification is extremely relevant to the work I do on a day-to-day basis which helps me to gain a good understanding of the role I am performing.
Solenis has a social club which organises events that members can attend.
