my role is very admin based and changes quite alot as i am in an apprenticeship where we rotate around the business. Currently, i am working alongside the complaints team to resolve and handle all complaints.
i have learnt; resilience, strength, hope and patience. I/ have also learnt to manage my mindset.
There has been many challenges, i dont really enjoy it. i am eager to finish and gain my qualification.
Not very, things could be better
the right amount
Not much at all, most of my issues lie with my training provider
my role helps me gain more knowledge for my qualification.
not currently, i would like to though
Yes
Its a good company to gain experience within
i would definitely give them my opinion on which departments to avoid as i have experienced quite a few.
