I work as part of a team of supervisors responsible for allocated teams to clean a busy hospital, carrying out audits to make sure we reach national cleaning standards, delivering training to staff dealing with back to works and work rotas. Communicating with all departments within the Trust.
Yes I have learnt a lot of new it skills and how to communicate effectively. All about data protection and confidentiality. How to deal with conflict more effectively.
