I am an assistant manager and ensuring legislations are followed and team moral stays high. And exceptional customer service through out!
I've grown as a manager on how to deal with situations and following legislations. Very informative.

Regular online training is provided and regular courses to sign up too. They recommend to have a course signed up atleast every 6 weeks.

They values peoples request for promotions and works with people to get them in to "potential zones" if you'd like to progress your career.
Be honest around mental health as they have lots of support systems to support you.
