I feel more confident in dealing with conflict I have learnt project managment skills that are key in the role the course allowed me to understand theories and models to enhance my role
The programme was challenging when working full time and fitting in all of the demands of the course and job. however it allowed me to focus on my areas of development and improve my skills that has in turn improved my outcomes and delivery of services.
Well organsised and structured and had amazing support from the apprenticeship supervisior who was supportive/ challenging when needed and incredibley patient
The employer was supportive however allocating time was challenging as demands conflicted. the apprenticeship team however were supportive and kept me going.
Good accessiblitly to support throughout. Always very approachable no question is silly and this motivated me to keep going and overcome challenges
this allowed me to develop an understanding of people as a leader and how to encourage them to achieve their best / a strengths based approach. It also allowed me to understand more about how change affects staff and different theories to support change, the finance aspect was challenging and not really used day to day.
