Carrying out quality audit inspections on works carried out on the Birmingham network. Liaising with different teams to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Learnt AutoCad skills along with other various skills such as SQL.
I would say that I enjoy the programme quite a bit and would definitely recommend it to others.
The programme itself is very well structures and organised.
My employer allows for training days where needed and extra support is always provided if asked for. This could mean being placed under different teams to make up for the skills gap or being given time allocated to complete assignments.
I would say the minimum support is given and in order to gain more you have to pursue them and chase them quite a bit.
It gives me a much better understanding of why and what we are doing in our daily work.

They are very supporting and have a very wide array of works that an individual can pursue.
Keep an open mind and do not be afraid to ask questions especially if you are stuck.
