My day to day work in my role is to work along side and assist with the work amongst the sales team. This would be either helping out with any call outs or answering emails for the sales teams, to help ease their work load and to help strengthen my and build new skills.
Yes, I have been developing my existing skills while speaking to customers over the phone and dealing with customer request. As well as learning how to effectively work the company systems to be able to do my daily tasks. These could be from sending out promotions to customers over the Phone or via email
I really enjoy this programme and I am glad that I took the risk and joined. I am loving every day I work along side both my apprentice team and all the other teams within the company. As they have welcomed me to the company as a member of the team.
Within the programme it is really well organised / structured. As each day had been planned weeks in advance and even when I have finned the work for the day there is no problem asking for either some extra training course or additional work. As it the end of the day it will benefit in the long run.
When it comes to support my apprentice manager is always their be that a call or a message over teams or face to face in the office she is always their at a moments notice to help out or support me. She has been a star with not just the work load the apprentice offers but even with me doing functional skills learning to re earn qualifications
Every day from the moment I start the day to the minute I learn for the day. I always have the support from my apprentice manager and my sales coach. This could be as simple as an email out of work hours to answer a question or providing additional information to read up on for the following day
I would say that with each of the training sessions from the start up until now benefited my performance when it comes to the work that I do every day as it taught me how to work my role both effectively and professionally along side my co-works within the business
Yes is the simple answer. This could be from trips to colleges to speak to students about the course or with incentive trips out with members of the teams or given the chance to visit our customers and get invited out to incentive reward events from the customers so they could share and reward the hard work done.
Yes
That It is a fun, friendly and accepting place to work no matter your background or knowledge on the products. When I started I was the oldest out of my group and I was worried how I would get one with them. But i was worried for no reason as we all get on like a house on fire and have a laugh everyday we work together.
Don't be afraid to take the risk, no matter your age or your knowledge as everyone is always willing to help out, answer any questions you might have or help to teach you something new as they know that at the end of the day they where once in the same position
