My Role in Tech data involves communicating with customers over the phone and offering help in regards to helping them build a solution to the problems of their end users. As well as guiding them through the sale to enable them to get exactly what they need while building good customer relationships.
I have learnt a lot since starting my apprenticeship and it has led to me maturing and becoming a lot more confident. I have become better at presenting and speaking to groups of people as well as becoming affluent in all kinds of business systems and learning a vast amount about how the business operates and all areas of the business as I have been in multiple different teams in different areas of the business.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship so far all of the people in the business have been very kind and helpful. I have also had a lot of fun in the apprenticeship and have had a variety of different forms of learning the job role both hands on face-face and virtual.
I think that the apprenticeship programme is structured very well and is carried out in a very professional manner. My manager has been extremely helpful throughout offering constant support and making sure that we always have work and training to do. Since I have joined everyday I have had a clear structure and know what I will be doing that day.
I have received lots of support from my manager and co-workers. If I ever need any help or I am struggling with anything my manager is there there to help and offer support as well as solutions to the problems that I am facing. I have been given everything I need for my job role and am very happy with the amount of support which is there.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider and have frequent 1-1 meetings over microsoft teams with my apprentice coach. As well as having constant support through email if I have any questions or need help with anything. As well as having sessions as an apprentice group over teams with my apprentice coach.
I feel that the training I have had so far will help me a lot in my job role as I have had lots of of job specific training which equips me with the skills and techniques which I require in my job role. As well as having broader training which gives me a deeper understanding of the business.
There are lots of extra curricular activities which I can get involved with in work for example multiple different groups. As well as different sessions for example a meditation session on a friday where employees can join for half an hour in order to relax and take their mind of work.
Yes
