On a day to day basis, you can be training online or in the office with both Tech Data or GK Apprenticeships, using the RM to complete customer queries, completing inbound and outbound calls, experiencing incentive days, and being involved in different teams throughout the business to get a experience in all areas of the business and how they will all work together.
In my time in my apprenticeship, I have gained many new skills, such as organization skills, communication skills and have learnt through GK training the sales process to the fullest as well as technical skills, that will help me when selling.
I have enjoyed this sales apprenticeship as it has enabled me to learn the whole process and business. As well as it being with a great company where everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The Manager is also lovely is always there for you, and helps you through the entire process.
The Apprenticeship is well organised and has a full structure from the start which they show you on your first day, it is really well planned out and is structured well with initial training and then gaining experience early on. As well as having training continuing throughout.
The support from the employer is really good you have a manager who is always there for you from the beginning and will help you with any concerns you have. As well as having one to one meetings with them every month, to see how you are doing and setting goals every month.
You are provided with a development coach who is there to help you with you portfolio all the way, and have a one to one meeting with every month to talk about how you are doing and setting goals with them to see improvement over the year apprenticeship. The training they also provide is really well explained and is really engaging.
The qualification, has really helped as it has given me the process of the role I work in and helped me with what I do in the role.
There are many activities you can attend, such as mindful sessions , as well as benefits such as gym memberships, cinema tickets and many more.

The whole apprenticeship overall is really inclusive and really well planned that you are really supported throughout and learn so much, and are welcomed by everyone.
The whole process is really good and fun with group interviews and tasks, and they are helpful if you have any question.
