I receive and call out to customers. Providing solutions to their business. At the start everyday is different. You start off by having lots of training. And then move into sales team to support the account mangers. This is great way to get to know the business. I'm 6 months in and will now be moving into a sales team dealing with my own customers
Yeh i have developed good communication skills. Which is obviously very important for building relationships with customers. My IT skills have hugely improved as well i was not the most clued up on technology but you get tons of training too help build your knowledge. There is a whole platform where you can access tons of training videos
I'm really enjoying the programme. The team down in basingstoke are amazing. Fellow co-workers are all so supportive and a good laugh as well which creates a really nice working environment. The programme is really well structured, you get lots of time to do your portfolio alongside sales calls
The programme is really well structured, you get lots of time to do your portfolio alongside sales calls. My manger has a great relationship with the sales guys to make sure we have a good plan set out for us. there is also a team building trip too lake district
We receive lots of support from my manager and other co workers around the business. If you feel stuck or anything. your manager is really easy too talk too and will sort out anything help you guys need. Workday is a great place to develop new skills and increase knowledge
Again lots of support is provided. you will have a monthly meeting with your coach to see how you are getting on with your portfolio. You receive sales and technical training through GK Apprenticeship. The training days are really well structured and you take in a lot of info.
