  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • London South Bank University (LSBU) helps me to perform better in my work role by filling in the academic gaps in my knowledge and provide me with soft and transferrable skills that I can then use in my everyday work activities. I do however believe the organisation could be better and a more hybrid learning setup would be useful.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • This has been restricted/ hampered due to the Covid 19 pandemic therefore the opportunity for extra-curricular activities has been minimal. I have myself found and attended professional networking events and attempted to arrange social activities. This is an area that could be improved as I believe more social activities between me and my colleagues will enhance our working relationship.
