i have learnt various new IT skills such as CAD, EXCEL, WORD and many more along with helping develop team working and building skills, communication skills. you learn things and widen your knowledge on a daily basis which helps you expand on the work you can do with it being a wide range.
i enjoy the work i do very much it is very rewarding and does not allow you to stress the is always people around you willing to help with the work you do and support at all levels along with making sure you are on track they also are willing to help with everything
it can be messy at times like during covid but that was no bodys fault however in normal times it is very well organised and you are always provided with the help you need from the early careers team they make sure you are happy in what you are doing

the training provider can sometimes be hard to contact but when you do manage to contact someone the help you get is the best possible they make sure you leave whatever worries you had in the passed and will also give you the correct amount of resources so you can help yourself
a lot in the civil engineering insdustry you can learn new things daily no matter how long you have been doing it this means that when you have a week a uni you will then hear and see the things you learnt about in your daily job this can be helpful to help you progress
as a team we like to do social events throughout the year as well as christmas parties this is with many different members from the office and this allows you to develop relationships with people you may not have spoken to before and this may help you in work to ask them for help
