Serving customers over the phone dealing with requests to take out personal loans for a car finance company. This is in the sub prime sector
Have been trained as an underwriter and also work on different projects so also learned different Pm skills.
I enjoy all aspects pf the course from my day to day role, the extra opportunities alongside my role and also the degree.
The course is well organised by both my employer and the university. It is new so things are still been worked out but it has been good for me/
Plenty of support with all my work and also my degree. There are a number of different people to pull on if i am struggling which is a great help.
Also provided with enough support from university, the lecturers are always available as well as a dedicated mentor to help throughout the course
It does help as it gives me a degree level understanding of different things which can be applied across the business
There is things to get involved in such as apprentice days and recruitment events but not as such with sports events etc.
Yes
They are a great company and treat the staff very well.
Just be yourself. If you fit with the culture and the company values you will be okay but if you only show these going through recruitment and drop them in your full time job it will be noticeable.
