I really enjoy this program as is it run by the company i work for there are able to make the learning relevant to what I am doing

excellently structured, i like the digital learning platform and I like the flexibility around learning and evidencing your knowledge and skills

I receive excellent support and appreciate that they allow me the time to do the apprenticeship and are getting involved

I have had the correct amount of support from my trainer. She has allowed me to work at my own pace. she has pushed when I need it but not been too overbearing they understand there are clinical and organization responsibilities to take in to account

I have taken on a different role and without the training i do not feel i would have been able to do the role i am in currently.
