I manage a team of advisors and am responsible for the department services (design and delivery).
I have already learnt a number of new skills and have another year ahead. To date these have included self awareness, problem solving, decision making and leadership skills.
My employer is available if needed but the support from the training provider has meant that I rarely need to seek additional support.
As much as required although I work very independently.
It has given me a great deal of knowledge in new areas and equipped me to deal with scenarios on a daily basis.
We work remotely so these are not frequent but we meet up when we can and once covid allows events to happen again we will start attending networking events.
Yes
Very good support and high quality of training delivery with individual focus and attention.
I don't feel any tips are needed as the company is extremely good at communicating with applicants and helping them through the process.
