Yes theories such as transactional analysis/pickle jar refreshed principles of collaborative working.
Good mix of on line learning and class room important - programme lead v helpful and concepts helpful and find refreshing and remotivating.
Well organised overall though couple of technical hitches in first weeks i.e wrong times for study skills sessions/broken link for MSteams leading to delays.
Good support though very pressured environment
