I deal with small claims. I register all claims for the Marin claims team. I raise payments for claims from the adjusters. other Admin duties
I have leant more about the insurance market and how to deal with claims better.
Learning about the other side to the insurance companies
It is not that great
I receive lots of help and support from my team and team leader
I have not had a lot of support or training from my provider as I have had 4 different talent coaches during my time
I feel that that the knowledge I have gained has helped me a lot
