  • Day to day work is enjoyable, will be happy as long as I have good job prospects at end of apprenticeship

  • Badly organised, current apprenticeship standard isn't well understood but the managers work with the knowledge they have.

  • As much support as can be offered with their limited knowledge of our standard

  • Teaching is a mixed bag, college don't communicate well with employer

  • Yes the company pays for Christmas occasions and my old boss used to take us out for coffee or a meal if we had a good month

  • Work is easy and they pay well

  • Don't do the higher apprenticeship, either do level 3 or come in as a graduate
