Apprentice Enrollment - Involved great communication and making sure people are all ready and are booked for phone-calls.

I have learned a lot whilst working here, the staff also answer any questions i may have and are very helpful.

I really enjoy my program

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program i work for is very organised. Spread sheets for everything and its all nice and tidy.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive the best support i could ask for. Being someone who struggles to ask questions i feel very comfortable with the people i work with.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a mass amount of training from my training provider.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me perform more professionally within my role.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Although the pandemic stops us from doing a lot of social activities, we can still have those activities via teams.

Yes

9b. Why?

They have helped me out in ways i would never of thought a company would do. They saved me from a place i was starting to feel my worst at. I cant thank them enough and i will always be proud to work for them.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to LMP Group?

Do not be afraid. They will accept you like one of their own. It may be hard but it will get easier and dont be shy if you need help, they are very supportive. You will not regret working for LMP!
