Making new friends, achiving knowledges, improving your skills
I have learnt to improve my English first of all,to be professional in the job I am doing to.
Making Daily notes on the computer and caring people all the time.
As much as possible so you can have a flexible time for yourself but making good time for residents too.
I received enough support to learn that caring people is not very easy but when you involve yourself for making a good life for others is making you good too.
Always when I have had needs for it.
I feel reconciled for doing good to others and also making my job as good as possible
Doing activities with the residents like exercises for their body and talking with them about different things who got capacity and is able to talk
Yes
Because you can change yourself in a better person and wanted more from yourself once you notice you can do more than you expect.
Changing for what they can improve in their way of work and the way of living the life.
