Running the home when the manager is absent providing care and safety to 15 residents
Yes I am learning new things everyday both with level 4 and job role
I enjoy the fact that it is improving many of my skills and knowledge around different aspects of management
Simple and very easy to use
I tend to do the work in my own time, my employer is letting me do more work everyday and trusts me doing this to a high standard
I can call her anytime anyway and she is always quick to reply when I need any help
It has helped me gain insight around the role I do and how I can approach things in different ways, it helps me understand more on communication
Yes I have agreed to do a 5k walk for our home to fundraise and put this back into the home for the residents to enjoy
