Recruit staff to the business, supply care homes with suitable staff to support vulnerable people
Information on legislations and regulations. Training tips to encourage myself to improve whilst developing new starts. Effective ways of communication

Clear and precise when setting tasks, support through sessions and fast responses to emails when needing additional support
Take notes, allow the trainer to explain in detail what is required. During sessions asks lots of questions and at the end of sessions reiterate what’s required
