1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role as an AP clerk consists of many tasks. One of the main tasks is keeping relations with vendors by making sure invoices get paid on time and queries are settled. Another role i have is to make sure our taxes are being paid correctly for property, water and sewage. This ensures we are following the laws of the country.

I have developed many skills including communication and excel based skills

I enjoy the programme very much as it allows me to gain knowledge which i can use to further progress my career.

My programme is very well put together by both Paragon and my employer. All lessons are carefully thought out.

I receive lots of support and i am allowed to take out time from my working day.

I have already seen a difference in my knowledge and i have only completed a small part of my course.

We can shadow other departments to see what their role entails and how their side of the company works.
