    • Yes on site with team on how to plan and manage

    • The programme isn’t really part of my job role and I feel it doesn’t encourage me in my job role

    • Sometimes things can be well organised and the setup some stuff does seem to fall through

    • On site I receive plenary of support from the team around me

    • It’s all based on me driving my own work and then communicating to my provider but any questions and concerns are answered

    • If you’re still not sure on what you’d want to be doing keep an opens mind there are lots of avenues in the business
