Yes on site with team on how to plan and manage
The programme isn’t really part of my job role and I feel it doesn’t encourage me in my job role
Sometimes things can be well organised and the setup some stuff does seem to fall through
On site I receive plenary of support from the team around me
It’s all based on me driving my own work and then communicating to my provider but any questions and concerns are answered
It will definitely help me push and further my role
