I will discuss the day/weeks actions and necessary meetings. I will execute tasks varying from site-work ( visits, overseeing surveying, etc ) to admin work such as note taking and logging information into the suitable location to be found easily if necessary.
Yes! I have learnt how to construct formally written documents. I have learnt how to behave professionally in the work-place, with help from the Emerging Talent Team. I can efficiently network with others, for social and project benefits. I have also developed greater balancing of workload skills.
I love my programme, I believe it is extremely well set-up and the help is always offered to you when needed.
Very well. Support in abundance and multiple points of contact for everyone.
I support as much support as needed. There is no limit, I can talk to as many points of contact as possible who have varying skills and knowledge that can be transferred to me.
Plenty, there are regular training sessions and reminders as to where the support sources are.
My training provider gives me all the support and performance development needed for me to perform better in my role.
I have set up a Public Sector Football Team on behalf of Mace, and we play the already existing Private Sector Team and other teams within the company. We also have regular networking events to meet other colleagues we do not see as often.

It is a great opportunity for a young apprentice like myself to gain experience and skills whilst developing their knowledge of the industry and the job role requirements, all whilst earning a fair and progressive salary.
Do research prior to interviews and if you can discuss with an already existing Mace employee about the company's value's and goal's and future plans.
