Consists of managing the recruitment of junior roles throughout the entire selection process. reviewing CV'S, setting up interviews and more.
I have learnt key recruitment skills like searching for candidates via sage and learnt office professionalism.
I enjoy it a lot due to Channel 4 being such a good company and I enjoy helping others.
