    • On a day-to-day basis my role consists of monitoring and tracking the progress of building services install.

    • During my apprenticeship I've learnt new skills that help with both problem solving and organisation. I have also developed my planning skills with Mace.

    • I enjoy the programme thoroughly as while learning it integrates social aspects as we learn along side other members of the cohort

    • The programme is very well structured so that the training is delivered at relevant stages in our development

    • Mace provide great support to facilitate learning and development such as external training courses

    • I receive adequate support from my training provider

    • The qualification is a more in depth look at the discipline of the role, the additional detail isn't as applicable for my role

    • There have been a number of opportunities for social events as well as networking events

    • They're a great company with a very supportive training scheme as well as work environment

    • Look into the construction industry in general prior to help kick start your knowledge base
