On a day-to-day basis my role consists of monitoring and tracking the progress of building services install.
During my apprenticeship I've learnt new skills that help with both problem solving and organisation. I have also developed my planning skills with Mace.
I enjoy the programme thoroughly as while learning it integrates social aspects as we learn along side other members of the cohort
The programme is very well structured so that the training is delivered at relevant stages in our development
Mace provide great support to facilitate learning and development such as external training courses
I receive adequate support from my training provider
The qualification is a more in depth look at the discipline of the role, the additional detail isn't as applicable for my role
There have been a number of opportunities for social events as well as networking events
