i hold the position of online team leader. this requires me to lead my team to ensure any and all orders that need to be delivered are picked correctly and fast so that our targets can be met. i also occasionally get the store ready for the day i.e get tills out, open doors etc
as this is my second job in such a position i have been able to work with new people which has helped me grow as a leader and mainly my communication skills have improved. my manager has also been providing me with a lot of training on the job to help me grow into a store manager soeday
the people i work with are alright, most are supportive. the work is just as expected, a lot of coursework to complete adn new things to learn. as long i keep learning new things ann feel like i am progressing, i will keep enjoying this as much as i can
its great. the schedule that we've established gives me a month to study before each meeting. and all the module on the websites provided are sectioned up in small batches that are easy to complted when planned out. the materials provided give enough information and if im ever stuck i can talk to my manager and/or trainer
My employer has been really supportive, and he has been providing me with on-the-job training hours in a lot of different areas. he also makes time so that I am able to sit down with him every month before the meeting with my trainer, to go over the module I had just done
my trainer has also been very supportive as they explain each module in detail as well as anything i fial to understand. i have yet to so so but if i am ever stuck with anything i can always reach out and thay'll glady provide the help i need
i am definately learning more and more about the retail industry every time i study as i never looked into it. right now its all mainly thoery stuff that can't really be put into practice in the store physically but i have thought about a few new things that i learnt whilst going about my job.

Yes
the store itself is always clean and the staff make a pleasant place to be in general. but i would mostly recommend the online service as i know that thier orders will be picked perfectly and be delivered on time with no problems
keep trying and be ready to work hard
