Estimating Assistant giving support to the bidding and estimating team on pipeline and upcoming bids.
Yes i have learnt a lot of IT skills such as excel and word. I have also learnt a lot about bids and pipeline.
I think it is a great programme which offers a varierty of subjects and freedom within the company.
Very well organised with lots of opportunities for networking.
I have lots of support especially from my team.
If i ever have an issue they are always happy to help and have regular workshops.
It teaches me about the necessary business things.
There are networks for example Women at Mace or Enabled and other ones too.
