  • My daily tasks include Team meetings, Exit Interviews and HR Surgeries. I have been working on the Contract Harmonisation.

  • Mace also offer an internal training course for apprentices, including classes on Emotional Intelligence, Confidence training and Excel workshops.

  • I enjoy my programme, as I feel supported by the Emerging Talent Team and by my colleagues

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well structured, we are giving a timetable for the year including events and training, with timings, dates and location. This allows me to block out this time in my calendar.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my team, line manager and the Emerging Talent Team, from weekly 1-to1s with my manager, to catch ups with the Talent Team and progress reviews.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I have a coach for each module I learn, who I can have separate calls with during my learning. I also have a coach who I have 4 weeks review calls with. I have been support by the learning team and given extra support due to having learning difficulties.

  • My qualification has helped perform better in my role on a day to day basis as I have better knowledge on daily tasks and I put the theory I have learnt into practice.
