    • I am a junior software engineer, on a day to day basis i work on client site developing a back end system used to store customer details.

    • I enjoy it very much, its a great learning opportunity

    • Very, although im an apprentice i feel like i am used the exact same as a normal employee.

    • Highly. It has a great team running it and all paths are supported by many different people of different experience levels.

    • My reviewer is excellent, he meets with me very regularly to discuss progress and is always available to answer questions I may have around coursework, by the phone or email.

    • Plenty.

    • Although the salary is competitive I would prefer it to be slightly higher to match the work load put in.

    • It is a great way to continue education and get a foothold into the industry.

    • Be confident, show your ability to work as part of a team and know what you want from the programme.
