I am a junior software engineer, on a day to day basis i work on client site developing a back end system used to store customer details.
Salesforce, Testing and Agile
I enjoy it very much, its a great learning opportunity
Very, although im an apprentice i feel like i am used the exact same as a normal employee.
Highly. It has a great team running it and all paths are supported by many different people of different experience levels.
My reviewer is excellent, he meets with me very regularly to discuss progress and is always available to answer questions I may have around coursework, by the phone or email.

Although the salary is competitive I would prefer it to be slightly higher to match the work load put in.

It is a great way to continue education and get a foothold into the industry.
Be confident, show your ability to work as part of a team and know what you want from the programme.
