Relationship manage a number of portfolios, to which I manage their electricity and gas.
I developed on my communication skills, and the different types of communication types there is, depending on who I am talking too.
I enjoyed the learning of the programme, it helped me understand different techniques i could use in my everyday role and also if I were to become successful in a team leader role.
I would have liked it to be more aligned. While there was structure, with regards to the organisation the learning i did with my DC was different to the self learnings (via REMIT) i was doing month to month.
I received good support, I was allocated a certain amount of time each week that I could focus on my learnings. As well as resource to play through scenarios for my evidence.
I received regular support. As this was during in COVID it was done all online via Teams.
It has definitely improved my performance with certain skill sets. It helped me to be more confident in myself, which was noted by my peers.
There is a variety of social activities and events that you can be part of if you wish.
