Running of mulitple floors and trades ensuring a high quality finish in the buildings being constructed whilst having a large part to play in health and safety
management / development / work ethic / professionalism
really enjoy program could do with timing support as sometimes there isnt enough time to complete all works and working late
well structured - just miss training due to clashes with uni and internal training
when asked support can be provided but sometimes is harder to get the support required as others can be busy in thier own roles
