Currently working as Team manager apprentice within Co-op. Previously Transport support assistant, Warehouse support assistant and Warehouse operative. My role at this moment is to get to know all parts of the business and from my external education provider it is to get qualification in Level 3 Diploma for Managers.
Via Level 3 Diploma for Managers programme, from my tutor, on my individual research, by talking to my peers and by observing.

My tutor is available for me most of the time. Every message is being answered and help given.
Thanks to the Babcock and My tutor I discovered what i am lacking of to be a better Team Manager. Opened my eyes basically for many aspects.
My company is doing a lot of charity events, help and support any kind of activities (Fairtrade)
