Operations Unit Leader, dealing with Customer Claims and various other teams, servicing our customers on the front line
The programme allowed me to revisit things I hadn't touched before and in years, some were a good refresher to engage further with Leaders and encourage more development in others
I really enjoyed this programme, it's a great insight into the role and gives you exposure to look at skills you wouldn't necessary come across in your day to day role
Very well organised - I had a great coach who was always on hand and very supportive
My employer was very supportive but I found it a struggle at times trying to manage the time I needed in order to do the work but this was down to me putting my role first during the most challenging times
Very supportive, I found my coach extremely pro-active and always on hand when needed
I think it opened my skills up more, some things I already knew but it was good to revisit them and refresh those skills but this allowed me to be better at my role and have more exposure
There is always something happening in my place of work and the company gives you the support and encouragement to get involved
Yes
They are a great place of work, very supportive, great for development and job satisfaction, I have worked for them almost 29 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else
Work hard and keep focussed, what you put in, you get out, the company has a performance related pay and I always find this to be consistent and a good way to reward those who do a great job
