Very much enjoy the programme. Increasing my knowledge, experience and confidence.
Very well structured, monthly meeting with provider as well as continued support.
At the beginning of the apprenticeship received regular of the job time. Over time this was reduced dramatically which had a negative affect on my off the job & study time.
the provider are great. Always there if I have any questions or am unsure of anything. Very supportive, professional and easy to talk to.
increased knowledge, experience, confidence

When I first joined over 10 years ago, it was a great place to work. However over time benefits have eroded and the pay is not really competitive.
Embrace being yourself. Do no change who you are as this is very important for a diverse inclusive workforce.
