I am part of the software testing team in Liverpool. It is my job to test the functionality of new website builds for the RSA products.
My written communication skills have been developed to a high standard and I am familiar with the working team environment. I have developed a deep understanding of the project life cycle when testing a new build.
I enjoy the on the job learning experience I am getting and the challenges I face along the way. It is good working as part of a team to get things over the line.
My program has always been clear and concise. I understand my set objectives and what is expected of me.
My employer (RSA) always give me the support I need. This can be in the form of guidance on my daily tasks or my apprenticeship work that is to be submitted. I have learnt a great deal under the stewardship of my team.
I always have a monthly meeting with my training provider. This is to go through what I have left to do ad what I can do better. I have always felt secure in terms of the help I have recieved.
It gives me a greater understanding of the full project lifecycle as well as specific terminology for my job role.
I regularly go out with my team for socialising. That is the only extra curricular activities.
