Team leader supporting store manager and making sure colleagues follow policy and we are working with in the law
Better communication skills which has developed me..Learnt more about the co op as a brand which I have passed on to other colleagues
Learning sessions which gets other people in valved was beneficial.Team roles was very good.
The program folws very good and fits in with your next projects
Lots of support from employer giving us time from work to concentrate on the program.
Great support from tutors on a one to one if needed. Tutors very patient especially as my I.T skills not very good
My store manager has seen how approach my job role better now and in my review I am exceeding because the program has given me more confidence about how the company wants to run

Very supportive of your needs I also did my maths and English through the group.
Do not be afraid to ask any questions they are there for you. Keep on track with your work so you do not get behind of your workload.
