Managing change programmes across the insurance business
I have learnt skills about continuous improvement techniques and also lean methodology in particular.
The interactive sessions are very helpful to bring things to life and to be able to discuss it with the others on the course outside of my industry
The course is well structured in terms of the actual topics
Full support
The support varies - it is good but on the more technical parts on statistics a lot has to be self taught using other methods outside the materials provided to be able to properly understand it
I have a variety of tools to use e.g. process mapping, problem solving
Not directly at work no, but industry wise yes
Yes
Flexible employer with very good options for employees in terms of benefits. Very supportive culture with clear values.
To share your skills and experience - RSA is looking for a diverse workforce from a varied industry background - skills are key and not always insurance experience for some roles.
