I am HR recruitment advisor with a focus on recruiting healthcare professionals within our organization to reduce agency spend

Yes the apprenticeship gives me time to reflect and gives me specific areas to grow. Having seen the areas I need to develop I am able to shadow colleagues to improve

I enjoy my CIPD level 5 it is challenging yet rewarding

My programme is well structured with webinars leading up to the assessment

I have a CIPD tutor within the office I can ask for support a learning and development team and a tutor I can ask for any support with

I have received a good level of support whenever needed

This CIPD level 5 qualification will be the stepping stone to learning what I need to to reach the next stage within my career

Yes I play football every week with work and network with those in and around my office
