In my role, I currently work in three different work streams. In my main workstream I have been given the responsibility to look after many plots which involves drafting important documents and interacting with clients. I also draft documents for court trials and other commercial cases. I have meetings throughout the day with my colleagues.
In my apprenticeship, my confidence has increased massively. I have to converse with many different people and so it has allowed me to
I enjoy the variety of work that my apprenticeship offers me. I have also enjoyed getting to know others on my team.
I feel that the programme could be organised better both on the work and education side of things.
I have received a lot of support from my employer. My line manager always ensures I am working on tasks that will further my development.
I believe my training provider could offer more support as I feel that sometimes there is a lack of communication.
Learning as well as working allows me to fully understand the background of what I am working on and gives me a further insight.
Now we are coming out of the Covid regulations, there has been an increase in the opportunities you can get involved in. There is a CSR committee which oversees this and tries to accommodate to everyone's interests.
