Clear structure, challenging tasks, helpful topics
We talk a lot with my manager and supervisors. We talk about my apprenticeship, how the course help me with everyday work. I receive feedbacks, advices and opportunities to develop.
I can see I use the things I learn on my apprenticeship almost everyday. I did some of them anyway, I mean even if I didn't know the theory. I feel more self-cofident as I know I do it in the right way.
