Developed academic skills, critical thinking, emotional intelligence and have incorporated some of the content I'm learning into my own delivery which is highly relevant and provides a better service for my students
I love it so far, we are on unit 3, business law. It is intense but so far its all interesting and relevant
Excellent, we have visibility of upcoming dates and at the beginning of the course there was a timetable sent with every date of the lessons which is very useful for planning around school holidays. Every lesson has structure, resources and activities which are inclusive and encourage participation
My manager is incredibly supportive in providing time off for exams and attending all apprenticeship meetings requested, she is very responsive to communication from my tutors, we often discuss content and its benefit to me and my role. Growth in general are a progressive and supportive company to work for
Bolton has been supportive with learning sessions for using the library and there is always someone available to answers questions from the university, but our course leader is the main go between and is very responsive and approachable
Exactly the right level to develop my current knowledge, course content has been invaluable and motivated me to include in my own courses, passing on what I'm learning, so my service is highly improved
I am a member of several EDI groups ranging from parents and carers to neurodiversity, meeting regularly to change company policy on diverse issues, and am also the class representative for my cohort and attend regular meetings to provide feedback from the class
